"Dear Emily, As this process comes to an end, I want to thank you for your professionalism and prompt, accurate and extreme customer oriented attitude.

Being a foreigner without a residence in the U.S., as you confirmed after contacting different banks in Provo, I am not subject of credit in the U.S. in the current circumstances. Nonetheless, you continued to monitor the market and through your contacts, you found a property in the area we wanted it, and with owner's financing. I was very impressed by your commitment!

From that point onwards, you coordinated and supported us in the negotiation process until we received the key to the condo, and even thereafter. My wife and I could not have been more pleased with your service. I have been through a number of these processes and not once have I been so pleased with the process.

For that reason, please be assured that I would at any time recommend you to any of my friends and relatives, your work goes beyond service, you manage to build confidence and assurance, your customers feel like dealing with a long time friend.

Many thanks for your help!!"

"Emily Moore was our Real Estate agent for the sale of our home. She was fantastic. We had a feeling that she would do a good job when we first met her but she performed above and beyond our expectations. In every aspect of the sale she was aware of what was going on and completely on top of anything that could be done to make it go as smoothly as possible. With her experience she could foresee potential pitfalls that would slow the process down and addressed them before the problem could arise. She is fun and easy to communicate with and yet is able to be concise and deliberate with what needs to be accomplished. She used her expertise to speed things along with the title company choosing the best of the best to work with. My husband gave me a high-five for finding her.

I can't say enough positive things about Emily as our Real Estate agent. We sold our home after five days on the market and closed in a timely manner. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a Real Estate Agent."

"Emily did a fantastic job helping us to buy our house. Her negotiation skills were particularly savvy and key to getting us a good deal. She was very available and always kept us informed during the buying process through the close. She also helped us do a thorough due diligence which exposed critical issues in two houses before we settled on our final purchase. Finally, Emily is trustworthy and I always felt like she was looking out for us and our interests."

— Stephen Brown, American Fork UT

"We are so grateful we found Emily Moore to list our home. We had listed it previously with another realtor and had no success. With Emily's excellent marketing strategy and advice we staged our home and put it back on the market. We had two full price offers in 5 DAYS and closed 30 days later. Emily was in constant communication with us through every detail of the process. We were able to relax knowing Emily was taking care of everything. Hiring Emily was the BEST decision we made."

— Sarah Longman, Provo UT

"We'll definitely refer any business your direction! You were the quintessential professional every step of the process."

— Jason McPherson, Provo UT

"Dear Emily, Attached is the signed printed copy of the form you Emailed me this morning. I want you to know how impressed I am with your skill and dedication. I appreciated your work so much. If there is anything else I might do to support your work, I will look forward to hearing from you."

— Dr. Keith Clayton

"I have known many realtors. Sadly, many appeared to close deals like the proverbial 'cardealer' without concern about what the people wanted or whether the property was good for them.

We appreciate that you informed us well about the market, its pitfalls and diligently sought to understand what we wanted so you could help us recognize it in the real work. All you need is enough referrals to prosper in a very difficult profession."

— Jim and Diane Hill, Provo UT

Emily Appointed to the ALC Board of Directors

In 2011 I was appointed to the ALC Board of Directors. The Keller Williams ALC or Agent Leadership Council is made up of the top 20% of agents in each office. This dynamic 'board of directors' is actively involved in the leadership decisions that make the office more productive and profitable. Profit/loss statements are reviewed (open books policy), educational/training ideas are implemented and brainstorming is done to find the best ways to make the office more successful.
